摘  要:新时代要求准确定位MPACC(会计专业硕士)人才培养目标和能力要求,而MPACC人才培养存在诸多问题和挑战,难以培养学生的综合能力及创新素养。基于此,以研究导向型实习模式为介入点,探索培养具备科研和实践创新能力的MPACC人才,流程为“奠定实施基础—规范实施路径—建立长效机制”,并在推广实践中不断完善课程体系。In the new era,MPACC(master of accounting)personnel training objectives and abilities are required to be accurately located,and there are many problems and challenges in MPACC personnel training,which make it difficult to cultivate students’comprehensive ability and innovative quality.Based on the research-oriented practice mode,this paper explores the process of cultivating the MPACC professionals with the abilities of scientific research and practical innovation,whose process is“laying the implementation foundation-standardizing the implementation path-establishing a long-term mechanism”,and constantly improving the curriculum system in the promotion practice.
